Proof of vaccination
As of September 22, 2021 the Province of Ontario requires that individuals over the age of 12 must provide proof of being fully vaccinated to access many public settings. Please be prepared for this requirement when visiting indoor EarlyON programs. To meet this requirement you will need to show proof of having received two valid doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, at least 14 days ago, and a piece of identification (such as a driver’s license or health card).
As proof of vaccination, you can show a paper or digital copy of your vaccine receipt. Once released by the Province of Ontario, you will be able to use your vaccine certificate (or “passport”).
Enhanced health and safety measures, including the use of masks and physical distancing remain in place.
The East Zone of the St. Thomas-Elgin EarlyON system includes the Town of Aylmer, Township of Malahide, and Municipality of Bayham. Services in the East Zone are provided by Community Living Elgin.
