WHAT IS KEyON?

KEyON is a digital sign in system that provides parents a quick and simple way to sign in at EarlyON Centres across Ontario and the information collected by the centre helps them better serve you!

We kindly ask that families create a KEyON account before attending EarlyON programs, however a KEyON account is not necessary to participate in EarlyON programs.

**KEyON no longer supports Internet Explorer. We recommend downloading and using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge for a better experience.

STEP 1 – KEyON REGISTRATION

In order to create a KEyON account, head to www.KEyON.ca.

Scroll down to the middle of the page and select “Become a member”. Input your details and create a user name and password, then select “Register”. Once you have registered your user information, you will be asked for further details as a parent or caregiver, and to register one or more children who will be attending the programs.

Once you complete your account registration, you can move on to registering for specific programs!

Step 2 – Select Your Region

Once you are logged into your profile on KEyON, select the Calendar from the top menu.

There, you will see a drop down for “Region”. Our programs are located under “St. Thomas-Elgin”. To the right of that, you will see an option for “EarlyON Centre”. We have three specific geographical zones – EarlyON Central Zone, EarlyON East Zone, and EarlyON West Zone.

Choose a zone and see programs near you! We also offer virtual programming.

Step 3 – Program Registration

Now that you are registered and under the correct region and zone, you can register for our programming! Look through the calendar and choose a program that fits for your family and schedule.

You can hover over each program to get more information. Click on the program to begin registering. Enter the number and ages of the child or children who will be attending along with your phone number and email address. Select register, and you’re done!

We look forward to having you at our programs!
